20-20-20 tip on preventing digital eye strain

Many of us spend a lot of time staring at a computer screen. Not taking regular breaks can result in vision-related issues, so eye gurus out there have come up with the 20-20-20 tip:

Every 20 minutes, look away from the screen and look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

These measurements don't have to be exact, of course. When I was in my old office, I would just look up and focus on the other side of the room. In my new office (rented apartment), I look out the window and look at something far away.

I use an app called LookAway, but there are many other apps.
